FCA North America has arranged for Collision Performance Network to operate as a third-party to provide management and administration services for the "FCA Certified Collision Repair Network Program." The Program is intended to enhance Dealer's sales of FCA Genuine Parts and provide FCA vehicle drivers with the means to identify and select a FCA Certified Repair Provider should they need collision repairs.
This web application and form are designed to allow FCA Dealers to sponsor and encourage third-party collision repair shops in your Dealer PMA to become FCA Certified Repair Providers. This form allows you to "Approve" or "Reject" independent body shops that have already identified your dealership as their primary FCA Parts supplier. The form also allows you to sponsor additional body shops that are not yet listed.
Enter your dealer code below to see a list of shops and begin adding any others you recommend for FCA Certification. Understand, not all shops will qualify in meeting the standards and requirements of the program. FCA is looking for the best shops in your area, demonstrating their capability with tools, equipment, training and facilities to repair FCA vehicles to manufacture specifications. This includes fit, finish, durability, value and safety.
As the number of electric vehicles on the road increases, so does the need for specific EV training for shops. FCA is leading this initiative with a new EV Capable program. Once certified as FCA EV Capable, shops will have access to an upgraded logo for marketing purposes, as well as an upgraded shop locator badge allowing both consumers and insurers to easily locate shops with this advanced certification. To ensure that shops continue to maintain the highest standard of EV repair, FCA is committed to the growth of the EV Capable program and will continue to work with the certified network to provide all necessary resources for safe and proper repairs.
Below are the required EV I-CAR courses and tooling requirements necessary to obtain the EV Capable certification.

FCA also highly recommends the OEC EVHQ program, which qualifies shops on how to safely and properly intake and handle collision damaged EVs. The program includes an in-shop inspection as well as individual staff member training.
